Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

However, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if a specific date or period is contractually agreed for our performance of the contract.

This applies in particular to bookings of guided tours, courses, training programmes, workshops or other events that take place on a specific date or within a specific period.

This means that there is no statutory right of withdrawal for services booked accordingly.

Note on Rebooking and Cancellation

Irrespective of the statutory right of withdrawal, the contractual rebooking or cancellation conditions, which we have set out in our General Terms and Conditions, apply to the services booked with us.
