In collaboration with Helvetic Backcountry, we had the special opportunity to tour with splitboard guests during the 2019 winter season.

Not just in Switzerland, but for the first time also in the ski and snowboard realm of the Austrian Alps.

HBC no longer offers these powder trips, but boarders’ passion for the backcountry remains as strong as ever. Our repertoire for riding in the backcountry of the Lechtal and Allgäu Alps hits the mark for the splitboard community more than ever. We place great value on tour and slope characteristics, snow quality, untracked terrain, and adventure.

The ingredients for our outstanding backcountry touring consist of

Your Guides (100% local and splitboard-experienced) are your hosts (Basecamp Gramais)

This is how we guarantee you the perfect ascent and descent tracks, tailored specifically for splitboards.

Notes!

We’re used to ski tourers booking our splitboard weekends too. So feel free to bring your friends on two planks along!
On request, we’re happy to incorporate educational content (tour planning, avalanche lore, tracking, etc.) into your powder trip.

For our powder weekends, we use one base: Basecamp Gramais.

The all-in price includes 3 days of guiding with a mountain guide and 4 nights with breakfast + packed lunch at Basecamp Gramais.
