Our huskies live as ever. OUTDOOR.
They sleep on blankets with sheep wool and on straw. Sometimes in one bungalow, sometimes in the other.
And yes, when the temperatures drop below -10°C, they are snuggled close together so as to use as little energy as possible for heat production.
And yes, in the morning there is nothing better than to go hunting and get moving.

Without the appropriate nutrition, they would not be able to do so, or at least not with the corresponding loss of performance. And it is by no means simple to feed the animals.
On the other hand, it gets easier over the years because we get better results especially by observing and changing the diet:

Much can already be seen in the stool. And how they eat and devour it 😳🔥😋.
Furthermore, it can be felt by the motivation and strength of the huskies on the leash, especially since they are directly connected to us on the trail. Always considering the temperature and the time of day.
Their vitality in the pack, their social behavior, fur and stature when grooming and massaging.

Since we started feeding Pokusa products, our huskies visibly cope better with the demands of their job and pack life:
- BCAA: to support regeneration after long u exhausting days,
- Isotonic drink as an additional source of minerals after training,
- Omega-3 oil is essential,
- Krill oil for the coat and as an antioxidant,
- Green lipped mussel for the joints,
- Krill mash and,
- Taurine 1-2 times a week to support the heart function.
We have also been feeding Pokusa dry food for a few weeks now. They love it!
