Well, my life change led me from mountain farmer to IT project manager and back again. Mountain guiding is now also part of it. Simply because in the EU, in Austria, in Tyrol, here in Gramais, in the mountains, one could no longer live from agriculture. The change in values is already taking place. However, I am surprised how many people are still of the opinion that food is too expensive? If you only knew! If you knew how much honest work goes into a small flock of sheep. It's not about profit. It's all about wanting to achieve and create something that is really valuable and enduring.

Nobody wants to see the devil on the wall.

BUT: in times like these, unfortunately, we see it. And if the grain from Ukraine doesn't make it to Africa, that means millions dead. What would it look like in our country when the supermarkets are empty?
